The concrete finally failed due to heavy forklift trucks.
Apparently its been down approximately 70 years and considering it was only about 60/70mm in places it lasted pretty good!
Hardcore was good so we dug out about 8'' to then fill back up with concrete. Then we put 40 12mm bars into existing concrete slab which then where connected to each other from either side using 16mm rebar and mesh.
